AED 2017 – 18 a 20 de outubro
The AEDDAYS 2017 event will take place next month of October (18th to 20th). Attendance is free but it is mandatory to register, as seat are limited.
AEDDAYS 2017 is organized in partnership between the Association AED Cluster Portugal (AED) – Atlântica School is an associated partner – and Europe Entreprize Network (EEN).
AEDDAYS 2017 take place on the 18th, 19th and 20th of October 2017 atTAGUSPARK, Oeiras.
AED Cluster Portugal was officially recognized this year by the government as the new Portuguese Competitiveness Cluster for the development of Aeronautics, Space and Defence activities. This concludes a process initiated by the associations PEMAS, PROESPAÇO and DANOTEC and opens a new Clustering chapter on behalf of the growth of the Portuguese Industries, Research and SMEs.
AED Cluster Portugal is now worth about 1% Portuguese GDP and represents 70 entities, 18000 highly skilled jobs, an annual turnover of 1.700M€ and 87% exports.
The 18th and 19th of October will be dedicated to a conference, workshops, short presentations and B2B meetings and the 20th of October for aerospace industry visitsto the facilities of AED members. Participants may choose from 4 different tracks: one in the North of the country (Components/Parts) and 3 tracks in the region of Centre/Lisbon/South (Composites/Aeroestructures; Cabin Interiors; Space/UAVs).
We expect more 200 participants both at national and international level. Several delegations from the Hamburg, Seville, Holland and Canada Clusters have confirmed its interest in attending. The Portuguese Government the European Commission and European Agencies will be present.
